SATURDAY: Push Press End, Strict Pull-up Strength. 5 Rounder DB Snatch, Bx Js, C2Bs or BMUs
SUNDAY: Long Snatch emom. Chipper w/ KBS, sit-ups, DB H CJs, Push-ups, Pull-ups
