We're running classes! One might even say we're close to back to normal!
Our current class structure fits within AHS' guidelines. Low intensity coach directed group class indoors & a high intensity conditioning piece outdoors.
Our priority is keeping our members & staff safe, so we are going above and beyond the safety protocols suggested by AHS. Our governing body (CFHQ) has created a panel of 30+ MDs, PhDs & CDC staff to ensure we are up to date with the latest data & protocols to keep our people safe.
A few of the precautions we are taking:
- masked entry & immediate hand sanitization
- self-sustained exercise stations (no equipment sharing, no moving around the gym into other people's space, etc)
- constantly measuring air quality
- 2 industrial exhaust fans running 24hrs/day (meaning our indoor space has similar air quality to outdoors)
- enhanced cleaning protocols
- gaps between classes to ensure no overlap / congregating
- and more

We're open . . . well, sort of. We are offering personal training to current members and prospects. All sessions are by appointment only so please reach out via email or phone and we'll get you set up.

CFCB is currently open for fitness.
Some changes to our usual operating procedures:
If you are looking to learn more about how we can help you with your fitness goals we are happy to schedule in person one on one intros.
If you would prefer a virtual intro we are more than happy to coordinate that as well.

We are running a Foundations workshops every 2-3 weeks depending on demand. The workshop runs from 12:30pm - 4pm (don't worry, it's not 3.5hrs of straight exercise) on Saturday.
Like our regular Foundations program, you will leave with a strong understanding of the fundamentals to jump in to regular class. Email admin[at]crossfitcurriebarracks.com or fill out the form below for more info.

We have gone above and beyond the call of duty mandated by AHS to do our part in ensuring you're safe!
If you are not ready to come back just yet, don't worry, we've got you covered.
We will continue to offer outdoor options, ZOOM classes & Limited Equipment workouts for all of our members.

Better technique, faster WOD times & bigger lifts!
These are just some of the things that the Olympic Weightlifting specialty class will do for you!
Each class consists of technique work, skill transfer exercises, several lifts analyzed by your coach and specific accessory work to shore up your weaknesses.
Join this small-group class (max of 6ppl) to get a lot of hands on coaching to improve your Clean & Jerk and Snatch.

Allow us to design a tailored nutrition program to get you to your goal. I'm sure you've heard that abs are made in the kitchen . . . because it's true.
You'll have more energy, you'll be more productive at work and home, your performance and recovery will sky-rocket and you'll see some changes in the mirror as well (if you own one of those ;)

Fun & Fitness for kids of all ages. Physical literacy needs to be taught at a young age and with decreased physical activity at home and in school, CFCB's CF Kids program is the answer. Our goal is to help kids enjoy exercise, make fitness a part of their lives & develop their athleticism through good mechanics.
- CF Kids, ages 5-8, runs T/R @ 4:15 (45min)
- CF Big Dawgs, ages 9-11, runs M/W @ 5pm (1hr)
- CF Teens, ages 12-19, runs T/R @ 5pm (1hr)
