Our kids fitness programs in Calgary are designed for ages 5–17 and focus on strength training, coordination, and athletic development in a fun, structured environment.


What We Actually Do

This isn’t random exercise or babysitting with burpees.

Your child will learn how to:

  • Run, jump, land, and move properly
  • Build strength safely and progressively
  • Improve coordination and athletic ability
  • Handle challenges and build resilience
  • Train with purpose (not just “work out”)

Weekly Schedule

Ages 5–8 – Kids Fit

  • Tuesdays | 4:15–5:15pm
  • $160 (per session)

Ages 8–11 – CrossFit Kids

  • Mondays | 4:00–5:00pm or
  • Thursdays | 4:15–5:15pm
  • $160 (per session)

Ages 11–17 – CrossFit Teens

  • Mondays & Wednesdays | 5:45–6:45pm
  • $285 (per session)

Ages 11–17 – Overall Athlete Project

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays | 5:15–6:15pm
  • $299 (per session)

What Makes This Different
