Our kids fitness programs in Calgary are designed for ages 5–17 and focus on strength training, coordination, and athletic development in a fun, structured environment.
What We Actually Do
This isn’t random exercise or babysitting with burpees.
Your child will learn how to:
- Run, jump, land, and move properly
- Build strength safely and progressively
- Improve coordination and athletic ability
- Handle challenges and build resilience
- Train with purpose (not just “work out”)

Ages 5–8 – Kids Fit
- Tuesdays | 4:15–5:15pm
- $160 (per session)
Ages 8–11 – CrossFit Kids
- Mondays | 4:00–5:00pm or
- Thursdays | 4:15–5:15pm
- $160 (per session)
Ages 11–17 – CrossFit Teens
- Mondays & Wednesdays | 5:45–6:45pm
- $285 (per session)
Ages 11–17 – Overall Athlete Project
- Tuesdays & Thursdays | 5:15–6:15pm
- $299 (per session)
