You are more than welcome to join us for a one-on-one trial to check things out, ask all the questions you’d like, and get a feel for the box (aka gym) but if you’d like to jump right into Foundations, here’s your link:

FOUNDATIONS @ Barracks Fitness

What is it?

It’s the beginning of your CrossFit journey.

OPTION1:

Small group foundations. On top of learning how to perform all the CrossFit movements safely and effectively, you will meet other athletes (yes, you're an athlete) and get an amazing workout at the same time.

You'll learn rope climbs, pulling, pressing, squatting, all sorts of gymnastics, the Olympic lifts and more.

2 Sundays @ 1145am - $99

 OPTION2: 

Fast Track Foundations. 3-5 x 1-hour sessions to get you ready for CrossFit. You'll learn how to perform all of the movements in one-on-one personal training sessions with one of our amazing coaches. 

$80-100/session
