You are more than welcome to join us for a one-on-one trial to check things out, ask all the questions you’d like and get a feel for the box (aka gym) but if you’d like to jump right in to Foundations, here’s your link:
What is it?
It’s the beginning of your CrossFit journey.
Two x 2 hour sessions in a small group. On top of learning how to perform all the CrossFit movements safely and effectively, you will meet other athletes (yes, you're an athlete) and get an amazing workout at the same time.
You'll learn rope climbs, pulling, pressing, squatting, all sorts of gymnastics, the Olympic lifts and more.
