Drop-ins are always welcome.
We do ask that you have previous CrossFit experience so you can get the most out of our classes.
Here’s a quick link so you can register, pay, sign the waiver and reserve your spot. See you in class!
ps. If you would prefer Open Gym time, that is an option too. But hey, you’re traveling, might as well enjoy the company of like-minded individuals and get a few new coaching cues in the meantime.
