Serious Fun for all ages
Our Kids & Teens program is based on the principle of Fun, Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity.
The Kids Fit program emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids.
Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.
Our Kids Fit program is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means more fitness and all-around better health for our children.
Further, our Kids Fit program at Barracks.fit is scalable for any fitness or experience level.

OVERALL ATHLETE PROJECT
- Ages 11-17
- Runs Tuesday & Thursday @ 5:15pm, Saturday @ 1145-1245
- 60min Class
- 1, 2 or 3X per week

You want the best for you kid, and so do we.
We love youth sports. We played them ourselves. Our coaching team played their respective sports internationally, collegiately and at other high levels.
Something we all agree on: something was missing.
We’re tired of seeing kids burn out, get hurt, or go (physically) all in on a sport that they have no real future in.
Instead, we want kids to be well-rounded, strong, powerful, resilient (aka injury-proof), mobile, agile, coordinated, and mentally tough.
That’s why we created the Overall Athlete Project: An 8-week broad athletic development program to prepare your kids for whatever sport comes their way.
We’ll test.
We’ll plot each athlete’s results (see image below)
We’ll program based on the results of those tests.
Your kid will leave our program a more well-rounded athlete (and have fun doing it), guaranteed.
KIDS FIT
- Ages 5-8
- Runs Tuesdays @ 4:15pm (FALL Sessions - mid-September to end-October, & Early Nov to mid-December, WINTER: early-January to end-March, SPRING: early-April to end-June)
- 45min Class
- ~$126 for each Fall semester, ~$140 for Winter, ~$150 for Spring
