Coach Jane is going to help you all win all the things.
@ 6pm you'll run through a warm-up that will help you develop a strong position in both the hollow and the arch. From there, you'll move into muscle up work on the rings. Conditioning will include more ring work (yay!), from shoulder stands to core work and a little push/pull.
Sounds fun.
