After many of us completing the workout today, here are a few takeaways:

Breath, breath, breath. Calm methodical breathing throughout.

Don't go out too fast. Almost all of us went well below 2min on the first round and only Scott managed to hold on to a 2min/round pace. The first round or two should feel like you're holding back.

It's going to get tough & you're going to want to rest. This may happen @ 8min or 12min or some other time altogether. Have a REST STRUCTURE PLAN and stick to it. You'll feel like you need to rest more than you should. Have a plan (X seconds) and stick to it.

Smile, have some fun and stick around to cheer on everyone else.
