How many times have you done the Open? What motivated you to do it in the first place?
This will be my first time doing the Open. I am motivated to do it both by curiosity to see what I can push myself to do and peer pressure from the awesome Sunalta Community I call my friends.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started Crossfit about 1 1/2 ish ago, at which time I was thoroughly convinced I would hate it. ( Seems that didn't work out.)

What movements ‘scare’ you?
Putting a lot of weight overhead scares me the most, and for me a lot of weight is like more then 115 pounds! So, overhead squats, snatch, jerks....

What’s your favourite CrossFit moment so far?
Finishing the Battle in the Barracks 2015. Was so proud and so very relieved.
