Hey Team,

monday

The metcon today has us facing 1min intervals. 1min of work followed by 1 min of rest for 6 rounds.

At the top of the minute, we'll crush 10 KBS and then jump (quite literally) into an amrap of burpees with the remaining time in that minute. Then we rest a minute. On the next interval, we'll do the same 10 KBS and then on to an amrap of thrusters. We'll alternate between burpees and thrusters each round with the thruster weight decreasing each round.
