I first tried this lovely WOD sometime in 2009 in our community centre gym in Weston, FL. The gym's average age ranged between geriatric and prehistoric and the equipment was no different. In this strip-club dim gym, I ran on a rickety old treadmill, did 1/2 weird floppy fish 1/2 strict pull-ups on a rust bar and swung a 75# dumbbell in place of a KB. It took me a 48min and I thought I was going to die for roughly 47min of that. So Team, meet Eva.
