Hey Team,
Don't forget! Friday @ 6pm we are hosting Beers & Barbells. The barbells will come out first but don't worry, the beer will follow. We'll do a fun team WOD (don't worry, it won't be too hard) and have a few drinks and socialize afterwards. Who knows, we may even meander down to Mikey's Friday for some post-WOD fun.
