Hey Team,
It is with a heavy heart (filled with fond memories) that I tell you that today is Coach Candice's last day. Candice has taken a job in Cochrane which will cut her commute down 99% and give her more time for the fitness & the horses. We'll miss you and everything you bring to the CFS & CFCB community Candice! Best of luck on your new adventures and please be sure to stop by whenever you can.

On a related note Coach Ty, who many of you will remember, will be filling in for Candice for awhile before he heads back to chiropractic school.
