Hey Team,

If you are interested in improving your Olympic Weightlifting (Clean & Jerk and Snatch) we are hosting a OLY Workshop June 13th at CFCB. From 1:30-3:30 you will work on improving skills, positions and strength in the two main lifts. This is a great primer for the PR Challenge as well. Tell a coach if you'd like to participate and we'll get you in there!

One more thing, this coming Friday June 12th we are hosting a Ladies Night @ CFCB called B#tches & Barbells. It starts at 7pm and everyone is welcome (as long as you're not a dude). There will be some exercising, some socializing and a lot of laughing. Bring a friend if you'd like!
