Hey Team,

We are going to start the Hatch squat program this week. We've seen some pretty impressive squat increases using this program so why not do it again? Hatch will run 2X/wk for 12 weeks. For your WOD planning purposes: WK1, 3, 5... will be on Monday & Thurs. WK2, 4, 6... will be on Tues/Fri.
