For Example if you have a 1RM back squat of 200# & a 1RM front squat of 150#, today would look like the following:
Back Squat
1 set of 10 reps @ 120#
1 set of 8 reps @ 140#
1 set of 6 reps @ 150#
1 set of 4 reps @ 160#
then . . .
Front Squat
1 sets of 5 reps @ 90#
3 sets of 5 reps @ 105#
