Hey Team,
The answers to a few items we have been getting some questions about:

1.Stampede Night Out!
We will meet outside the Chuckwagons at 730. We will buy rush seats for the chuckwagons. We (Eric & Christi) will be on the grounds all day and can purchase you rush seats if you need. The cost is $20.00. Bring loonies for some some betting fun. After that we will head to WildHorse around 10pm for some dancing and excitement! We are on the VIP list so cover will be between $0-$10.00. Please message us if you plan to come. You can fb message us or text us.

2. Stampede WOD-
We plan to have another daisy dukes team wod followed by beers on Friday. This will be a team WOD and we would love to have you show up in your daisy dukes! The WOD will be at 6PM! Ice cold beers to follow!

3. Float the Bow.

We will meet in Bowness Park @ 1:30pm. If you need to get a raft you can email harry.daley@icloud.com and tell him you are with the CrossFit crew.  2-4 person raft $55 and 4-6 ppl raft $75(this includes the ride). We will end at Lazy Days and these awesome dudes will drive us back to our cars. Should be 2-3 hours. If it rains then summer is the worst.

4. Abbott the Red Games Shirts
Coach Em has once again shown the world she is a monster of fitness and is competing in the CrossFit Games in California. She is selling shirts which you can purchase online for a limited time. We have them at CFCB and will bring them to CFS as you buy them. You can purchase them online before you pick up the ensure sizes cfs.zenplanner.com/retail.cfm Support Em on her journey of fitness!
