Hey Team,

**SCHEDULE FOR SATURDAY**

For those of you who are not participating in REP THE BOX on Saturday we have added a 'one-time only' class @ 8am at CrossFit Currie Barracks. All CFS members are welcome to jump in on the class at CFCB and stay to cheer on your CFS teammates after the workout. All classes @ CFS will be canceled but you are welcome to jump in on the 8am or, an even better idea, jump in on REP THE BOX!

 It's shaping up to be an amazing event. So far we've got 40+ competitors and a lot of trash talking. There's still room if you'd like to jump in on the fun.


We have food coming from Spolumbos, drinks from Village Brewing, prizes (incl shirts, supplements, PT,  etc) and so much more.

Compete alongside your coaches and rep your box.

Here's the schedule for Saturday:

8am - ALL LEVELS workout for non-REP THE BOXers.

8:30am - 9:00am - Athlete Check-in (there will be coffee and munchies)

9:00 - Athlete Briefing

EVENTS (Pick 3 Events + the TEAM events)

Event 1 - 2RM Front Squat
E2 - 250m Row for time
E3 - 6min AMRAP - 15 Wall Balls 20/14, 15 Box Jumps 24/20
E4 - 1RM Push Press
E5 - TEAM SHUTTLE RUN RELAY with a twist
E6 - 10-1 Burpees with 5 RKBS between each round
E7 - 3RM TnG Deadlift
E8 - TEAM MEDBALL BOWLING
E9 - TEAM PICTIONARY
E10 - BEER CHUG for time
E11 - TEAM TUG-O-WAR
