This was me. Yep. I was a fat guy.

In 2005, Christi and I moved to Florida to buy a weight loss & personal training studio. During our 7 years there, we worked side-by-side health psychologists, dieticians and nutritionists and developed the Jacked & Tanned Nutrition Challenge into what it is today.

What does this mean for you?

It worked for me (and hundreds, perhaps thousands, since then). When I initially started, I was hovering around 250lbs (actually, I wouldn’t weigh myself after I stepped on the scale and it read 248), the ‘after’ photo you see is me at around 190. 60lbs of weight loss.

It’s been close to 10 years and I still employ the nutrition practices that got me to my goal weight (read: lasting results).

  1. Sign up and schedule a time for your initial one-on-one meeting. This is where we will perform the PhysioGraph body composition test & design a nutrition program based on your goals.

As you can see, we'll get a precise measurement of your body fat, muscle, fluid (waste & water), bone and most importantly, your BMR (the amount of calories your body burns at rest) - from there, based on your goals, we design a nutrition program for you using foods you enjoy.

  • Come to the Nutrition Seminars (Tuesdays @ 7pm). Items covered: eating to get the body you deserve, performance/recovery nutrition, exercise for optimal body composition, goal setting, motivation, grocery store tour, healthy eating on the go and so much more.

  • Schedule your mid-way PhysioGraph body composition test.
