Coaches Notes

Partner 1 starts on 15 STOH, they are the pacer. Partner 2 starts on burpees. Once partner 1 finishes 15 STOH, partners switch and partner 2 starts on 15 STOH while partner 1 completes as many burpees as they can during those 15 reps. Continue switching each 15 reps. Same goes for rounds 2 & 3. Score = total reps of both partners.
