Coaches Notes

Hey Team,

Just a quick note to let you know that our most recent class of Foundations 'graduated' on Saturday! You will be seeing a few new faces in class this week so please take a moment to introduce yourself and ease their transition. They're an awesome group of people!

Speaking of awesome, we are going to run the first ever PR Challenge at CFS! For those of you who have done a PR Challenge at CFCB, I am sure you can attest to the 'awesomeness' that they possess.

On May 9th, athletes in the PR Challenge will witness the live announcement of the Spring Crush PR Challenge @ CFS. After completing the workout, you will have a little under two months to hone your skills and go for either the Fastest Time or Most Improved at the Finals at the end of June. This in-house competition is a competition of improvement, against yourself!

Details:

Prelims: May 9th - 9am, live workout announcement (don't worry, everything is scalable) & heat time assignment

Finals: June 27th - 9am, food, beer, cash and prizes to follow

$50 to enter with a percentage going to the prize purse (more people = bigger purse)

This is a great opportunity to test your fitness and chart your improvement not to mention spend some time with your CFS family!
